Hey guys! I made a quick tool called tex2png. I think its a litte faster than most converters out there and it converts to a viewable format in windows!

Very nice and quick work with this tool, you're now really skilled with programming. 
Ain't that has its utility convert the TEX format into the PNG one, except the one to easily view the textures through a file format natively supported by Windows, indeed. It's enough use Tex Manager to be able to view the .tex files. The alpha channel it's used for the transparencies, right?

I also plan to make a DDS/TGA/BMP/JPG/TIFF/PNG to TEX tool sometime soon. Since that will be easy as well and I'd want that sort of tool
