Video link fixed... No, it's really true! It's just you who can't understand it, was enough had to take a look at Gear Factor website to understand all... It's a car shaped balloon, and those fans are there to allow the flying direction changing. Its look is pretty realistic, except for the dark windows that doesn't reflect the light as glass.
As Sajmon says, it's visible in an old Top Gear episode (every cars fan must watch this great show). Here's the episode moment.

I think they made a Vauxhall Astra fly on BBC's "Top Gear", after their full size R/C car test. Ahhh, good old Top Gear.

LOL I remember that exact episode. I've probably seen all the Top Gear UK episodes (seasons 1-20) at least 4 times each.

I've seen most of them. I think the 1st episode I saw was when they beaten the crap out of a used Toyota Hilux. I used to think that it was ho-hum, until I realized that having a truck survive a fall was REALLY impressive, considering the one episode when Richard Hammond raced a falling VW Beetle in a Porsche, and boy, that Beetle was so squashed you could call it a "Thing".

The Hilux episode was one of my fav's. And I remember the episode with the Porsche and the falling Beetle as well, but that was just part of the episode.
