Congratulations, Silent. 
I've some of my thoughts for December theme.
They are-
1) Classic Incident (Example- Like the 1st accident that happened in London).
2) Winter Survival (As that will be December and local winter for Northern Hemisphere)

For prizes...Hmm...Unreleased mod or unreleased car or other as a prize before its release.

Nice screenshot, Pujan. Looks like you did some modifications in Hang Time that is to put a freightliner in the race. I'm not sure, though. But according to rules, you're supposed to only use publicly released add-ons rather than private and custom modifications included in pic.
