Sorry for being inactive for several days. It was because of my examinations that were ongoing and I was busy in studying.
I didn't notice the replies here, sorry for ignoring them.
@Seahawk, I haven't planned to make it. I've many other plans next like London Racemod, Master Crash Course, Super CnR etc. You can try making it if you know about AI modding....
Anyway, I've finished Midtown Mayhem and Chinatown!
Midtown Mayhem:
New features:
* Now there are 8 opponents. More 3 are added to appropriate start spot.
* Default weather and time condition is now changed to Clear Night.
* Default lap value is now reduced to 2.
* 15% traffic is activated.
* Opponents are changed to Roadsters, Cops, Audi, DB7 and an RSi. And they're accelerated.

Chinatown:
New features:
* Now there are 8 opponent. 1 opponent is added to appropriate start spot.
* Default weather and time condition is now Cloudy Night.
* Default lap value is reduced to 3.
* Now there are all Roadsters as opponents.
* The default slow route which all opponent used to take is now changed. Now opponents will take the turn from that larger road, not from the small road which is slow route.

Yahoo! I'm glad that you managed to finish these two races today, now I can progress my mod later on. Clear Night suits with Midtown Mayhem, it is indeed a mayhem now with the new opponents and extra traffic, Chinatown looks good too with Cloudy Night and all Roadsters, even better that they use the shortcut now!

- Now the AI cars include 2 RSis and 4 cops.
- Laps are reduced to 2.

Presidio does look spooky with the blue fog, it seriously looks like a haunted hill, the RSis and Cops are perfect for it since that they can drive well on the roads. Square Dancing looks difficult too, good thing the Cops crashes into the curbs randomly. 
Circuit Breaker has a nice selection of opponents, I also like the traffic as well, hopefully it isn't easy anymore to beat it with a Mini Cooper. Great job! You're just one circuit race away from completion!
