Error in Underground 2 That Occurs When I Play U2 GC on Wii

Sometimes, when I play NFSU2 GC on Wii, some error occurs. Since I don't have a GC Memory Card, I LOSE ALL OF MAH PROGRESS!!!

What can I do about it?

Surely you won't get a great help from this forum about this game, on console, then.
I know that Wii console, at least the first versions maybe, can allow to play GameCube games too. Well, if you need a memory card for GameCube to save the game progress, buy one if is possible use it also on Wii.

I will be temporarily quitting Need for Speed Underground 2 because my Gamecube controller is broken.
