I have disabled all the cops and drove without them the game started normaly. If you have many addons try to remove some of them and tell me what will happen to you.

Um dude, On a few cars if you turn the wheels, the calipers do not turn, the rotors/calipers should be FNDR0 (left wheel) and FNDR1 (right wheel). Also the fast siren loop has a click in it. Also on the VX220 you can see through the car in the chase view.

Same on Z8

When I try to cruise with the max level of cops, the game crashes. But when I cruise with the lowest level and without them, it doesn't.

Might be fault of the sirens files

I have put these objects in these vehicles and centered axis of them, but the game crashed from the first loading. I don't know why the game crashed, but this is the first time to see error like that and when i removed these objects the game started normaly. Really this is a strange error.

You mean the fender objects? If yes, then make sure that you have basename_FNDR0.dgBangerData and basename_FNDR1.dgBangerData in the tune>banger folder. Get them here and rename the 'basename' part with the basename of your car.
