GTA 1 & 2 camera style

So, today I tried to modify some cameras in a manner that it look like GTA 1 camera (top view) something like this:


Note: I can do this with the thrill cam (V), but its so annoying to have to make every time, and it gives good chase views

But I dont know how to modify the cameras and I didnt find a tutorial. Can someone make the camera files or point where is a tutorial?
