Download DeAR V1 From MMArchive, extract tto your mm path , then click run in your start button or (Windows Key + R) and type <mm>\dear.exe core.ar . With mkar, do the same thing but type <mm>\mkar.exe core.ar shiplist.core

Or try !core.ar , That worked for me.
