Spyke's Cars

Postby Spyke » Thu Oct 20, 2011 7:07 am

Hi guys! I was starting to convert cars to MM2. First of all, as a sample and trial car for me, i use the Ferrari Enzo from FM3 Models. Well, i had encounterd some few problems and i need HELP.

First is, look how the car drive. The car kinda sink on the road, how to fix it

Second, as you can see on the wheel, the texture is slight transparent, how to fix that?

Third, the brake light is not in red? Maybe on the texture again?

And a new problem in the engine sound. Any tips for the AUD folder?

Could anybody send me a driver model and license plate too. A euro license plate. If your kind enough, please pm it to me. Thanks in advance.

Nice Ferrari. Maybe save the images as png. JPG is horrible for quality, as you can see. ;)

Actually I dont have any video card installed in my computer si it is expected to have this kind of graphics. For the brakelight, maybe on the positioning?

The reverse light looks sucks! Its a huge square!

It isn't because of a graphics card failure, it is because of the texures missing, also apply the TLIGHT with the red FXLTGLOWRED.tga texture and the reverse with FXLTGLOW

I've written a tutorial on how to convert cars for MM2. It might help with some of your problems. Find it here:

Nice for you to try the MM2 cars making job. Good car choice. Probably you have an integrated graphic card, yes, it's not for games, but the quality of the posted screenshots is however not good, save them in high quality JPG images. I'll PM you some drivers models.
About the taillights, since on this car they're round shaped and this model allows to make them better, split a copy of the glass covers making from them the brake, tail and reverse gear lights. The glows use fits more when there's a semi-transparent glass cover.

Here's some ingame screenshots.
