Mashup Project Website.

Recently I've been playing around with website design for the Mashup project page, but I've been struggling for ideas.

These are the main 2 designs I have been playing around with;

The website is currently online at www.MashX.co.uk.

I'd like to know what everyone thinks and what I could do to improve it.

(Ignore the sample text + colour schemes, I'm still experimenting with those).

Nice the new website, but I prefer the first design style and with the black border, like the third image shows.

Nice all of them but you have a job to do and you're not doing it right , Fix the ggs Site , in the text it says only 4 members and we are 8 plus the names aren't there for all the team members and the forum link is dead .

How mature Triple_X. He asks for feedback on his website and you come in and tell him he's doing it wrong. That's what a PM is for

Nice the new website, but I prefer the first design style and with the black border, like the third image shows.

@TripleX, my end of the deal was to design the website - which I did, no-one even bothered to write content for the website, which I had to do. I don't appreciate you busting my balls - in future you can manage your own website. GGS can take a number & get in line, I have a real job, next time I'd appreciate if you'd discuss matters privately.

Nice result, I like it and it looks good for me. Stick with it, it's more related to the project because of that image.

Thank you Franch. Which do you think is better? I thought the widescreen version turned out pretty well because it was more resolution friendly.

@Hummers + Cars88 - which site do you think is better?

Since isn't needed too much space for the text, better use the not widescreen version (like this website); it's also better for the reading, you haven't to read the text going too much from the left side of the monitor to the right side.

because it show the images of the project in the top and it confirms that we are in the site of Midtown Mashup Project
