Don't ask this, do all by yourself: just search for a torrent to download a copy of this game (that's neither worth IMO, it has been a really bad NFS series game) on Google, simple, the first results should be safe sites; download the torrent with the most number of peers and seeds (users that download and upload it), that's safe for sure and will be constantly downloaded. Buy the game is the best alternative for any game which you're interested, especially if your Internet connection isn't that good and faster to download GBs of data, but pay it a little price, it's a now old game.
