Sadly, yes. We were actually planning to restart this, but I don't think it will. Some files are on the site. (https://mm2br.com/mashup/index.php?page=news). Maybe we will restart in December. Both of us didn't have the time, now I do, but not him. Sorry.

To be honest, I doubt it. There's about a 5% chance I may decide to go it alone to the end. I still have all the files and junk for the project though.

It's just such a big project, and there are certain aspects of modding which I don't know enough about, such as sounds - so without a sound-man, I don't see the point in making a silent mod.

But I am currently looking for projects to help people on.

but I don't do collaborations

I think the sole purpose of game mods should be to make the environment more appealing and realistic, you don't need cars in that kind of mod. So what you could do is make a mod that uses the environment changes that you and Zac made (grass, pavement, roads etc...)

Well and this also included it's own exe and changes in performance didn't? That would probably be the thing people would like the most--we already have tons of cars, environment mods, etc. But something that might possibly increase fps (I think it did for me a little bit if I remember correctly) would be new.

Wow, I didn't realise there was this much interest in the project. I found links to the old website on some random Polish forums, quite shocked. Anyway once I've cleared up all the projects I have open at the moment, I'll let everyone know what I've decided.

At the moment, the options are;
- take the mod apart, and release everything separately.
- finish the project slowly & alone.
- gather a team and finish it.

But first, I still have to finish any other projects which I have open.

However, if I get offered a second job, I'll have no free time, it all depends on free time.

@Hummers, if you send me your game exe, I might be able to make the same fixes as I did to the mashup exe, but for MM2.
