If you better specify what you're doing because the add-on tracks aren't working for you is better to understand what the program can be and so a solution can be found.
If before play the add-on tracks you've played the default game cities, SF and London, can happen that the game crashes during the track loading, or that after it, player vehicle and track aren't visible. Just exit from the game and launch it again to solve this, but play the add-on tracks for first.
Also, don't plate too much add-on tracks in the game folder, the game can get a crash during its first loading.
