On my opinion PC version has many advantages over the PSX version, like easy and possible modding, adding new cars, tracks, etc.

This is the NFS game of this series that I know less, and with the time I lost interest in it, but I tried the demo version.
Sure the PC version is better especially because of the modding reason.

Modding isn't the thing we should compare, we compare "stock games"
