Im wondering if there is a mod that lets you get out of your car and do crimes like in gta 3 ( steal cars, kill people, join gangs)
If not... Is it possible to make the mod for midtown madness 2.

The answer is no I belive that would be impossible.
Why don't you just play GTA then you won't need a MM2 mod.

I was doing some research and I found out how to decompile the game program extra stuff, add new models, new animations, new functions... So it is possible but it will take for ever to do.

it really is impossible. mm2s game engine isnt made for bendable meshes, to be like arms moving. also, mm2 doesnt recognize door hinges and axis.
