MAKE MM2X The best MM2 website in the world

Hi MM2X Community,

I would like to request all of you to put all the downloadable cars from every site that has cars here in MM2X. We can make this site the best mm2 site in the world. As I have seen topics like where to get these cars, so you should put all the cars in this site. Then the new people will be so impressed. What do you think?

Errr. MM2x is VERY picky about the cars franch puts onto this site. But, I would lke the idea. MMArchive is trying to do that, but no one uploads there cars there anymore. So, I like the idea.

MM2X is a site for quality carsa, not lo-poly cars like the other sites. MM2x accepts only the highest quality cars and it already is the best MM2 site on earth.

I don't know if I should agree with you. Because they only kind of accept good cars. Ok you are half right but mostly you are wrong. But it's not according to me. It's according to Franch88. If he says its a good idea, then i can agree. But till then, no.

Another useless post. Best in the world? No way. Who needs to impress people? I find this really dumb to say.. I see no way to add every car from MMArchive or any other, it can keep it's ways, we keep ours. Some aren't any good there either. Do you know how many cars there are? A user has to submit a file, if it's good, Franch accepts, or he posts them with user permissions.

Im afraid that zac is right dude.The graphics of some cars might no be so good or some cars may cause the game to crash. You actually made another topic which franch locked it and was simillar to this topic. If you think if we are dumb, then why dont you go and submit the downloads from any site by yourself. And actually you want everyone to do it. Then this IS a useless topic. We all can't do it. Some of us are still in 7th grade and more. We got some homework to do and there is no time to post all the cars from every website.

Well and it's a lot of work to achieve what gafaddict has tried to with mmarchive. Simply having them on the site isn't all that great if they just have the filenames and little to no info. It's a lot of work to organize everything and add in all the info for each car.

MM2x and MM2Br are already the best in world. MMA is pretty usefull whereas there's really no other big websites about the MM serie

MM2C is down but with an interesting forum (bunch of tips, tutorials, projects since 2001).

This idea is so useless how impossible, do you really think that the community members would waste time submitting releases not worth to be here? There's too much work to do adding all the releases not available here, and then, MM2X has always been a website of selected releases, publishing only the best and most interesting ones. That's also written in the home page, where's written "Have fun browsing through an extensive selection of the best cars, tracks and mods created for Midtown Madness 2".
This website can't be the best one just because it can have all the other less quality releases, nobody would be impressed of that... This website is already the first source for who plays MM2 for the first time and to find new quality releases since some years; that's enough and really good. I completely agree Riva, all those websites are the ones for downloads and info.
There are many very old and very low quality releases not worth neither to download nowadays. An important thing is the permission, few less known authors don't want their releases published in other websites.
