Where can i get the crazy neighborhood some people say that it is in mm2ct if its there tell me how to copy it to my mm2 directory and some people say it on HQTM website if its there give me a link please

Crazy Neighborhood by HQTM-Team (a.k.a. "track2") is pratically the example of a complete city that can be made with their MM2 City Toolkit program, but it was made also to force people to use that program just to have an experience with it if they wanted to play that city in MM2. In fact the files of this city need to be finished using that program by importing the .3ds file of the track included in the downloaded archive here, and compiling the city from the function to make directly the MM2 track and the done .ar file. A quick operation at the end, I remember to have correctly done it the first time that I got this city.
This thing has been discussed a lot in past right because of the difficulties to get this track. In the no more available HummersRock's website there was a little guide about how get this track in the way decided by its authors.
Pabolo has finished and uploaded it for you, get it from his link and place it in your game folder.

I saw in my MM2 folder another file called "Crazy Neighbourhood", which is 10 MB large while Pabolo's is 3,2 MB...

Crazy Neighborhood is the only addon-track I have that doesn't lag...
