use fraps just google for it and you'll find it , it's easy to use and free to download and the best one

thanks, but i only found the demo version...

EDIT:i think he decreases the speed smoothly by releasing the accelerator(not press the brake pedal)

Its ok if you just found the demo version, but its still can record don't it .. ? I'm using Fraps 3.0.3 btw ..
