The Drive on Water Mod does just a change to the materials.csv file; it changes a value in it to make the material effect called "deep water", used for the SF and London water, to be hit, causing in-game the effect to drive on it. That's a file that other maps and mods can have in their .ar file, causing a conflict between the one of that mod when are present more than one add-on .ar file that have that file.
To solve this problem without remove any of the other add-on .ar files and to have the changes of the mod, just rename the Driver on Water Mod .ar file adding more "!" symbols ahead the file name, so it'll result the first one in file name sorting and will be read as first by the game, ignoring the material.csv file eventually present in the other add-on .ar files.
Is suggested to use the V2 by Dummisboy, available here; it's made in the same way of the first older version, but it does changes to the bridges objects too, allowing to drive to the water under them.
