how do I use mm2 tool city kit?

all I see is a box when I try to find props it won't show them how do I find them :?:

I don't know what you want to do with it reading your question, but here are available two very good tutorials about how to make a new track. MM2 City Toolkit is a program pretty hard to use, and your model has to respect some standards, especially if you want to use the traffic cars, not recommended for a first training track.
If you find too troubles in using it, I suggest to leave the track making idea.
