Sure you've used the MM2DP to make it. Delete all the sever .mtx files related to each dashboard part placed in the Geometry folder.

Probably it's given by the steering wheel object with an axis not centered in it, but since the .mtx files for the objects axis aren't used, this can't be the problem.
