How Do You Reskin A Car

i have tried everything but i still cant figure out how to reskin cars, i skin for all kinds of games but MM2 is different then most the games i skin i wuz just wondering if there wuz a way. plz tell me as soon as possible, if u can email it to me and Radbob42001@charter.net THANX :D
