I visited the mm2br website today.
I wanted to downnload some new mods and cars, but I can

if you want to download some files from mm2br.com you have to use the box-link in the rigt-upper side. some files are not uploaded at the site-server but at the box-server.

In the MM2BR website this is well explained, but you have to translate to English the text. It uses this external upload website to save monthly bandwidth to avoid that the whole website will go offline; if all the downloads are made from the hosted website server, it'll finish its monthly bandwith and you have to wait the start of the next month to see it online again.
