Some car's are unbrakeable, i dont thing you can change that. And what do you mean? Do they freeze the game? If they do then you have to meny map's in you're mm2 folder. :)

Depends on which map you're playing. However is always important to keep at least 20 .ar add-on and mods files in your MM2 game folder.
You'll find a couple of topics about game crashes.

Is important because the game can't load too car and track files in the add-on .ar files, especially if they're too much. There's an amount of files that the game can't load.
At least 20 .ar files is an indicative number, if the game going crash while first loading of while choosing a car, just remove so previously added .ar files to solve the problem.
