Using Mods in game

Hey everyone! I should be getting MM2 sometime tommorrow ( i had it about 4 years ago and lost it), and was wondering, when you have downloaded a modification (ie a car or something), how do you get it so that you can use it in the game? Any help is much appreciated :D BTW, I have used the search tool but nothing came back :cry:

If you mean how to use any downloaded add-on and mod for MM2, check my post here in another topic.
