(Hex editor required.)

Good you posted these new links. Really, the hex editor is required to edit the player0.cfg file, not that .ar file (read better that procedure).

I think I had given was the older version of the Project Realism mod. I do not have the new version and again Dummiesboy's link is dead.... So, if anyone has it then....

It edits the vehicle tuning files to make realistic handling.
