Re: Zac's Car Models
This looks an encouraging start for an high polygons model, good luck for it!
With such detailing, it could be problematic concerning the porting to MM1, though. With MM2 this happens much less, instead.

Thanks Franch! Oleg @ Zmodeler has been very helpful with showing how the new software works, as it was probably early 2000's I last used Zmodeler 1.07

Re: Zac's Car Models
Yes I'll do it in the highest quality of my abilities! Are their any tutorials or write up on how to get car models in game? I want to tune handling like the realism mod.

When it comes to normal street driving, any car is as good as good as any other. Only the racetrack can truly separate the cars' abilities.

Re: Zac's Car Models
Thank you Jeremiahjobling, I will look into that and thanks for the compliment!
Some more progress, its not much but I'm still figuring out all the tools and functions of Zmod3, not to mention I think I need to move the blueprints around, but in the end I'm having fun learning all over again, I just miss being a kid and having more time to do this!
And here is the reference picture I'm using to try and get the fender shape correctly

Re: Zac's Car Models
Ah, shame for that. At least, now you could use the screenshot that you've posted above to see how re-model that part.

Re: Zac's Car Models
Those "blueprints" appear to just be drawn over perspective photos, which can't be used as a direct reference in a case like this.
Also the options for getting cars in-game nowadays is Blender or ZModeler v1

Re: Zac's Car Models
Ahh ok thanks! I've started modeling the hood yesterday.
They are still good enough for a rough model, but I'll move things around as I see fit.

Re: Zac's Car Models
Some more progress, as I said before, difficult when the blueprints dont line up, so I'm just making everything by eye!
Mesh is a little weird around the headlight, will have to remodel some of that.

Re: Zac's Car Models
Good progress so far, it's going well despite the bad and misaligned blueprint, indeed.
