Where to get these 2 bus cities

Does anyone know where I can get the following tracks?

Cindy City 0.7
Po Lam City

I found this page, but the links to those 2 are broken. I tried googling for them, but all I got were a bunch of YouTube videos of people playing MM2.
My Member Number is prime. LOL!
