How to install Koreacity 28

I've seen the download for koreacity 28. But when i go on there, it's split into 3 parts. Do i download all 3 parts, or just the EXE?

You need to download all the three parts in order to be able to install it, and of course they've to be present in the same directory folder.

I have them all in the same folder which I named kc28, do I have to do anything with the .001 and .002 files or can I just go ahead and start the .exe?

You only have to run the .exe file to begin the installation, and at the end you'll get the .ar file in the game folder, after have selected the game directory during the installation. The .001 and .002 are just files used to split the content of the EXE installer.
