How i improve the framerate?

Hi.

I am having a problem, it's the framerate, i can't keep it at 60 fps...
I used even the lowest graphic settings and i still get some framerate drops, that makes the game speed slower, which is very important for multiplayer games.

AMD hates old games...

Is there a way to increase this without wasting money or something else?
What about the driver version?
Probably there is some that runs much better, since i play old games, i probably can use a old driver... I don't know.

You're most likely having problems with the directdraw elements. Try running single player without the hud on, and it should be fine.
