Graphic problem MM2

I've a big problem with MM2 (Windows 7). I can play only with the safe mode shortcut and low graphic option. When i modify graphic option with 3D card and resolution screen or when i use the main shortcut, i see the main menu like this screen :

Also, I can not use any add-on. When I choose a map or an imported car , the game crash (Midtown Madness 2 executable has stopped working).

In the past, all function normally. I tried many solution but nothing work.

Someone have a solution please ?

The showing of the only menus backgrounds is given because there's the anti-aliasing enabled. At least, this is what happens to my other PC. Keep it disabled, for now, I don't know about a solution to it.
Set to run the game always as administrator from the Midtown.exe file properties. Also, delete the player folder and then create a new profile in the game.

My problem is solved. I had not done a very simple operation: turn the shortcuts in compatible mod with XP. Now all is perfect !

I had that same problem the first time I installed and played MM2 with my old PC, and it's typical of Nvidia GeForce graphic cards. A probably sure way to fix it there's.
First, after have installed the game, install its only official patch, then replace the .exe file with this one, then set the Windows XP compatibility mode and set Run as administrator to the .exe file properties, and finally search, download and install the most updated graphic card drivers for that graphic card from Nvidia website.
