Well, I don't think people here ever tried to convert things from those two games to be able to answer your question. About searching on Google, if you just searched for the file format names you probably just end up on those websites saying what can they be, so instead search for molding communities of the games, if you're lucky you may find there the required software to convert them, if the communities exist of course.
