Haven't been active in mm2, now want to mod it ag, but can't

Hello, on Riva's site I announced I was leaving the community (I only made 2 cars which I no longer have access to as mmarchive is down). Well I want to get back into it BUT I have a very messy room and I stepped on my Midtown Madness 2 disc and went on a total rampage because I broke it. I originally got the disc at a goodwill store for $4 (US Dollars) a couple years ago. I was just lucky to have it and now it's gone . That story said, I want to mod the game again but can't.
