someone got the mod called OPPADD and the cars from that mod

hello everyone
i was on mmarchive a long time ago and then i saw the mod called OPPADD
i tried to open it but i says: invalid file ID
i want to see what that mod does.
pls help me

It was replacing the default opponents with add-on cars, ofcourse these addon cars weren't included in the mod

I'm still trying to solve this Invalid File ID error. It happens on multiple files and it's caused by missing user entries in the database.
