There is a London Racemod, but unfortunately it is very incomplete.

I heard that RohitXL5 is going to make one though, after he completes his Ultimate Racemod that is.

I knew that somebody will definately post a topic to request it.
That's idea which I wanted to suggest to SF racemod maker but when I knew that SF racemod was made in 2001 or earlier, I was surprised. I learned that the author of it is inactive. Then I learnt some modding in MM1, I became a good race modder whose credit goes to Robin and Timo. With the knowledge of MM1, MM2 wasn't so hard as it has same almost similar AI and Race system.

NotoriousA is right, I would like to make it because many people wanted it and they requested me for it. But I should finish my current project first, A London Racemod is harder than making my current project but I want to make it too.

I need some help of tools, like there's a SF Map Editor which shows x and z of the place where we click on the map in the tool. I need a London Map Editor to make my work easier.

I won't use addon cars. I'll obviously add cops as pursuers but I can add some others cars as pursuers too.
