Why there is not a climate mod for mm2 that changes weather?
Can anyone create it?

Here is a mod which changes the sky every 24 minutes but for that kind of mods is really very difficult to create because is necessary certain programs and not think you can achieve the above.

Mods that change weather exist, like the 3 snow mods exisitng, available here at MM2X; the best one is the snow mod included in the Classic Madness mod. Mods of this kind just changes the rain weather textures, and because of the game can't be done a great work.
