I have exactly what you're looking for.

I tried, and still I just can use it with custom vehicles, and what I am trying to do is to use it for DEFAULT vehicles from the game, not custom ones

Also I need to know where the default vehicle notepad is soo I can modify them, I dont want to use custom cars, It's just not mm2 with them in my opinion

Notepad?! All you need to know is vehicle's basename (vpcop, vpford, etc), make zip with tune/camera subfolder with a *basename*_far.camTrackCS file in it. You can use notepad or some other program to copy and paste the camera values from Zac's thread in clean file that you save exactly as *basename*_far.camTrackCS. Then just use zip2ar from there to convert the zip to ar file used by MM2.
