Do you have a mode of long-term green traffic lights?

The only way to do this would be to edit the BAI file, which even today, is not possible without an HEX editor. And that would take forever to make. So no, there are no mods that do that.

This has been already discussed before, it's not possible and so there's no such mod available. Dummiesboy says that's related with the .bai file, the file to control the traffic and also the traffic lights setting; if the lights showing time depends also from this file, this kind of edit is impossible, because there's no .bai file editor, only viewers.
As far as I know, and also seeing the mods made by Pabolo, there's nothing similar done by him.

Drifter8000, what does have to do that Pabolo's mod with the topic question? Nothing, so please don't post about not related things, that can also create confusion, thanks...
Sajmon14 has just said that Pabolo would have done something about the traffic lights time editing, he thinks so, but as far as I know he hasn't made (and especially released) anything related with it, since it's impossible as me and Dummiesboy have said.

About the other questions, if you don't want the traffic change of the MM2 Revisited V4 just unselect its voice when installing it redoing the installing procedure. All the traffic mods available works, but some like the Riva's ones can give problems if played with much traffic density or with too much detailed player cars add-ons because of the too much polygons of the models of those mods, too much to manage for the game. Here at MM2X are available some very good traffic mods, like the ones by HQTM-Team and Sajmon14.
