Indeed, can you better explain what's your problem with downloading a so big file? How can you have a kind of download file size limit? The download speed from here is too much slow for you? The Classic Madness mod is so much big because of the many features that it has (two new cities, 21 cars, new menus, a snow mod, etc.).

Probably you've other add-ons and mods in the game folder, the game can't load too much .ar files, this mod is very big, better keep only it. But, this is another discussion...
