Drift track

Postby matt1314 » Thu May 15, 2008 12:45 pm

Is there a good curvy drift track for syoryu's D1GP cars to drift?
That there is maybe smoke and skidmarks and the shadow of the car...

Like that one for Racer, Fernstone Raceway...

Thanks.

A lot of tracks could be good to drift. Anyway there aren't too curvy tracks adapt to drift. Stingercity has smooth curves and is pretty good to drift. Cybtown beta 6.6 is another good one. :)
The Riva's ones maybe are the best.

The shadow and the skidmarks of the car are visible on PKG objects tracks.

Watch the D1GP drift videos on YouTube. The cars are drifting around cool circuits. I thought that there is one for MM2.

I mean plain tracks, because the D1GP cars from syoryu can't climb on hills or mountains, they can only drift on plain tracks.

Climbing a bad aspect of a lot of cars. What could he do to make the climb rate better?

He could give it more torque. One thing about his cars is some accelerate much too slow to be able to climb hills.

Yes, because only the rear wheels accelerating and not all the wheels. I've tried to make it 4x4 but then the car won't drift, that's the problem. But his cars I think are very well done, because with other tuning they're won't drift so good as now.

It doesn't have to be 4x4 to climb hills better.

One place I like drifting is Speedway 0.5 by Riva and Cesar. It can be found on mm2br.com
There is no smoke though.

Hi again,

I've found another good track to drift: Tanura Circuit from Ericr.
Get it at MM2BR here!!!

Enjoy drifting! :D

P.S.: Or get a Beta of another Tanura track: Tanura 2, by Ericr, too.
