Good that you've got at least the 3D model. Yeah, actually it's a never seen before release, also to me.
Make textures from scratch to a 3D model of a car that already has its mapping isn't easy, and isn't neither to simple do all that work to an already complete 3D model of a car. Anyway, it seems to be a 3D model made for another game and converted from it, like the Korean community of Racers website usually used to do...

That car is the Renault Safrane, one of two available in a carpack. As the poor info in a comment to the screenshot say, it's a conversion by taxi-driver, and it's available here.

Does anybody have this 6-wheeled Ferrari F1? Originally from pcexhaust but all downloads there dont work.

You image isn't working. They don't seem to allow hotlinking, either.

Copying the image URL and pasting it in Firefox's browser address bar you'll be able to see it. It's a Ferrari F1 vehicle with 6 wheels, indeed. I don't remember to have seen it before, it seems now very hard to find.
Maybe on Wayback Machine's archive of that website is possible to find also some of its files, at least.

Wow. I've been looking for that for years too. I should actually try it out when I can play MM2 again.
