How the numbers in the cardata files work?

Is it the pitch or volume or something? I want to make my own values

Yes, they are for volumes, acceleration limitations of sounds and pitch of the wav files selected from directory in the .csv files. Those numbers are two adjust it. Open it with Microsoft Excel, then you get a simplified view. It will help you understand it better.

One thing is for certain, I lowered one of the numbers from 17 to 15 and it sounded more high pitched
