I told you already, .BIN is not for any other games than the ONE GAME it was made for . It's NOT for Ford Racing 2, it's NOT for NFS Carbon, NFS Most Wanted, etc.
3D Ripper DX will rip geometry to a file that you can use 3DSMax to import, Same with NinjaRipper, you can register as a student with Autodesk to get 3DSMax 2014/2013 for free.

In fact they are the same. Ford racing 2 and 3 are really like mm1 and mm2, they are games that where released one year after the previous one, with graphics and gameplay really similar, just new traks and more cars.you can convert from Ford Racing 3 and the cars are nearly identical, use 3d sim ed
The cars that also exist in FR2 are the same 3d models.
BTW I think your "Can I convert something from the game X?" topics are a bit repetitive and useless, the answer is always yes, if you get a software that is able to open them. No offence intended, but instead of openning topic asking it to other people, try to figure out it yourself.
