Why there are not offroad vehicles in midtown like Toyota Surf Hilux,Toyota Prado,Toyota Landcruiser,Suzuki Samurai,Suzuki Serria,Nissan Safari,Mitsubishi Pajero, and in cars Suzuki Liana,Alto,Honda Civic,City, and in Daihatsu Coure etc.

Who model and convert cars decides how kind of cars make. For other games there are some off road and SUV cars, and there's a conversion possibility. City cars like Suzuki Liana, Suzuki Alto, Daihatsu Coure, etc. aren't so famous and interesting.
