i patched it, but still on some police cars the game still crashes with the heap patch, i'm on windows 10

the police Taurus from the Taurus pack crashes when lights are turned on

Probably you're missing Addon Vehtypes file. Get it here.

i got that files and re downloaded just in case but i still get this error

You should download the Taurus again, and in the archive there will be two files, one of the car and the other will be Addon Vehtypes. Put both files in your directory.

Edit: That error is because you're using too much addons at once. Remove some and then try again.

As Seahawk says, you must put in the game folder also the file that he has linked, and use only that one, which is the most updated one, and not use those included in the cop cars release archives, because they're not updated like that one.
If you get a game crashing problem, it could be because you're having too much add-on cars in your game folder. Remove some of them, especially those with the bigger .ar file size.
