MM1 RV3 installer problem.

This is what the installer says even after I choose the correct folder:
Run the installer as administrator.
I am not sure if it works but try it.

Just a thought.... Do you have .Net v3.5 installed? From what I can remember, that installer requires .NET v3.5. Otherwise, just extract it's contents with 7-zip: https://www.7-zip.org/

Got the same problem, .NET 3.5 is installed and checked in the Windows features list, though the debug messages says this:
CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v4.0.30319/mscorlib.dll
So there's 4.0 for some reason. Any ideas on that?
And unpacking gives me some weird files I honestly don't know what to do with. Never modded MM before.

Just ignore it. Press continue, and it will extract as normal.

But it won't let me extract anything, the button remains greyed out, even after choosing the right folder.
