MM2.exe problem

Hello guys, I want to tell you, my mm2.exe has a problem. I have Windows 10(also I fixed game lagging problem). When I want to start the game, its shows this:
Your computer currently has insufficent virtual memory to run this game. This may cause Midtown Madness 2 to perform sluggishly or stop responding.

Ok. That doesn't sound like a fatal error. Are you unable to play the game?

This error could be caused by turning off your page file.

Oops, i forgot to say this: To fix the problem, try freeing up disk space or adjusting your virtual memory settings(Click the start button, point to Settings, click control panel, double click system, and then click the Performance tab). But its only for Windows XP, not Windows 10
