car crashing in the first load in mm2

i have a problem with car in mm2 with first loading crash!! and it gives this message "memMemoryAllocator::FindHeap failed on ptr 4f1ed40"

Try to remove some add ons. MM2 can only load so much until it will not work.

You need to make sure of many things; that is, all objects are correctly named, textures are of proper size. Try this: go where Zmodeler v1.07b is installed. In its folder, look for another folder called 'filters'. Then look for a file named pkg.txt and open it with notepad for more information. :wink:

what size for the textures? and i said the game crash in the first load and i had installed mm2 with out any mods and the cop car still crash,the cop car has 26 objects. :roll:

Did you made that cop car? Or you took the model from somewhere?
cop car has 26 objects.
8O Are they correctly named? If you are not sure about the object names, download Ford Crown Victoria cop mod and import that car into Zmodeler and check everything.

Hi e-cobra the cop car is Pontiac GTO COP from NFS Most Wanted and the objects correctly named. The bound is a copy from the body and the size of it 89 KB.I made the door fall of from the cop car when i hit something and it has a damage texture in the same door.

You could say since the beginning that the game crashes because of a car that you're making... all the discussion of this topic was confused till now...

From what you say, the BOUND object hasn't absolutely be made from any BODY object, because of too much polygons; you can well don't create it because a cubic one gets created when you export the .pkg file. Damages textures don't work properly on breakable parts, and don't forget the .dgbangerdata files for breakable, wheels and headlights objects in the tune/banger folder.

The maximum size should be 1024 x 1024 pixels. Higher textures can crash the game.

Hi guys i knew why the Pontiac GTO Cop (from NFS Most Wanted) crashing in mm2 because when i put that cop car in mm2 vehicle viewer it gives this message "No PKG in archive" and when i import it in zmodeler it crashed. what should i do?

Maybe you're doing something wrong the .ar file, make sure that you make a ZIP compressed archive type, then rename the extension from .zip to .ar. About the .pkg file importing in ZModeler, if it's the 1.07b version it's kinda normal that the program crashes, it's PKG filter is buggy with importing.
However, I think that now it's time to give someone the .ar file of your car for checks.

Hi franch88 iam sure i did every thing right but the cop car works only when it used as an opponent so when i used it as a player it crashed in the first load. what's your opinion about that?

Does it have necessary files for being a player car? I mean, check your tune folder. There will be a file ending with .info extension, compatible with notepad; open it and check that basename of your car is correct.
