Is it possible for police cars to respawn?

I was curious, if you totaled all the cops is possible for them to come back from the dead, is it possible to kill them with a single hit, and is it possible to shake them off

Atm such a thing doesn't seem viable, but with enough work anything is possible.

It actually sounds like a good idea, I'll notify those that are capable of makingredients such changes to the game.

It's possible to kill a cop with a single hit, but you have to be going very fast. I've done it in SF using the IRT Panoz GTR-1. You need the Watermod, though, as this requires the cops to be out in the open ocean, giving plenty of room to accelerate to the required speed. I think the minimum speed required is between 750-800 mph, but it probably depends on the mass of your vehicle.

Only the police car destroying with a single hit is possible for now, and it's also easy to do, all due to a properly made damages file of the police car with very low values of damaging. But of course, if the police car hits something by its own, it destroys itself by itself.
I think that the police cars respawn would be against with the philosophy of this game series.

That's the case with checkpoint races (and hookmen in cruise mode). In circuit races, the opponents (and player) regenerate after a 5-second penalty.

That's most likely hard coded in the game, so I don't think it's possible to change that
