What settings should I have to bake textures in Blender

Hi, I am going to bake textures onto one of my cars using Blender, but I was wondering what settings I should have to make it turn out right.

It's supposed to be an ao bake of a Mercedes Benz SLS AMG from Shift 2 Unleashed, looks like a pile of triangles doesn't it?

Edit: I fixed the problem.
